I was asked by Ken Kelly from Counselling Tutor to write copy for their Counselling Study Resources landing page and an email sequence to help drive sales to the page.
When I first spoke with Ken he mentioned he had worked with copywriters before but had not found one that created the right copy for their brand. As part of my process, I make sure I take time to get to know my client and understand their target audience, this helps me create copy that best reflects them and their business, while doing the job of selling their product/service.
Working to create the Counselling Study Resources (CSR) landing page, I gave thought to what the target audience would be feeling when looking for help with their studies. I wrote the copy to reflect their pain points and highlight the benefits and solutions the CSR would provide for them.
As well as the landing page, I wrote a 6-email nurture sequence to help direct the Counselling Tutor audience to the landing page. The sequence was designed to gently nurture people to the page, showing understanding of what they were going through as they studied to become a counsellor.
