This was a new service. Previously, you had to request it from HMRC, and there wasn’t much information about it on the web at the time.
It ticked all the boxes for useful and informative content people would search for. So I wrote an optimised blog post on the subject. I provided details on how to print SA302’s so the reader had knowledge on the subject.
Within 3 months, organic traffic to their website had increased by over 3000%, taking their visitor numbers from double digits to thousands every month!
It continues to rank second on Google for the search term, only pipped to the top spot by the government website.
This is still bringing in organic traffic to their website, several years after it was posted. Proving how optimised blog writing is all about the long game.
